Alexis Sukharev
President/Founder

Alexis Sukharev is President and Founder of Auriga, Inc.
Dr. Sukharev was one of the first to explore the benefits of IT outsourcing in Russia. A consistent champion of promoting Russia as a reliable strategic partner in offshore IT outsourcing, Dr. Sukharev uses his vast experience and passion for the business to contribute to industry-important events aimed at increasing Russian IT visibility and recognition. Being an industry visionary and practitioner, he has been quoted in numerous publications like The Boston Globe, BusinessWeek, eWeek, Computerworld, etc. The New York Times named Dr. Sukharev “the Godfather of Russian outsourcing”.

Prior to founding Auriga, Dr. Sukharev was Professor of Moscow State University. Dr. Sukharev has published ten books and numerous articles on Numerical Analysis,

Theoretical Computer Science, Games Theory, and Operations Research that have been translated and published internationally.

 
Vyacheslav Vanyulin 
General Manager

Mr. Vanyulin serves as General Manager, supervises the entire Company operation and oversees all departments of the Company. He is also Director General of the Company’s primary Russian legal entity.

Mr. Vanyulin has been with Auriga for 11 years, having held a number of positions, including Managing Director EMEA, Head of Delivery and Chief Quality Officer, and has over 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Auriga, he was a hardware engineer in the Motorola Microprocessor System Laboratory at MEPhI (National Nuclear Research University) in Moscow. Mr Vanyulin holds a Ph.D in Technical Sciences (Microprocessor Systems) from MEPhI.

 
Sergei 
Morkovin 
VP, Resources; 
Executive Secretary

Mr. Morkovin occupies two positions at Auriga. As Auriga’s Executive Secretary, he reports directly to the President, and is responsible for coordination of the Executive Committee operations. As VP, Resources, he oversees provision of all necessary resources, including HR, and maintenance of infrastructure required for delivering the services to Auriga’s clients. Since the Company’s inception, Mr. Morkovin has contributed to corporate strategy, augmenting the engineering and managerial staff, improving productivity and fostering effective outsourcing relationships with overseas customers.

Mr. Morkovin has over 21 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Auriga, Mr. Morkovin was a leading scientist and head of the Research Laboratory at Moscow State University. Mr. Morkovin holds a Ph.D from the Department of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of Moscow State University. He has over 25 publications in Computer Science.

Anna
Kosyatova
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Kosyatova is responsible for overseeing the Finance and Accounting departments. She has over 15 years of administrative and finance management experience. Prior to joining Auriga, she worked for Russia’s Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Ms. Kosyatova holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Credit from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics (both cum laude), along with a Master’s Degree (with honors) in World Economics from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, where she is currently working on her PhD thesis in International Finance.

Mr. Pronin is responsible for Company strategy, marketing and technology development activities.   

Mr. Pronin has been with Auriga for 13 years (with a short period of absence), and has over 17 years of industry experience. Prior to his current position, Mr Pronin started with the Company as a software engineer, after which he held various managerial positions, including General Manager, Head of Engineering, Director of Business Development, Project and Account Manager. Mr. Pronin holds a Ph.D in Theoretical Mechanics and Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University.

Mr. Semenov is responsible for the engineering wing of the company, including operations of all project and dedicated teams, delivering engineering results to the clients, development and management of technological and domain-specific expertise.

Mr. Semenov joined Auriga in 2010, and quickly gained reputation of one of the most proficient engineering managers in the company.

Before joining Auriga, Evgeny worked for 10 years at Rhonda, a Russian embedded and computer vision software company, in various engineering positions, incluing Head of Innovative Technologies Dept, Project Manager, Technical Account Manager. Mr. Semenov holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences from Far-East State University in Russia.

Alexey Rybakov
VP, Business Development

Mr. Rybakov oversees Auriga’s Business Development department. He is responsible for customer acquisition and retention, including sales and account management operations worldwide.

Mr. Rybakov re-joined Auriga in 2010 having previously served as Director of Business Development Europe & Marketing Worldwide in 2003-2005. He has over 15 years of managerial and senior executive experience in the Information Technology and Software businesses.

Previously, Mr. Rybakov was Managing Director at Aprentis, one of the top players in virtualization, SaaS, and cloud computing in Russia. Mr. Rybakov holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas.
